With your registration, you will be automatically subscribed to our email list to receive news, updates, and promotional material. You can unsubscribe from it at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation within 30 days of registration will result in a loss of 15% of the registration fee. Cancellations received 30 days after the registration date and before December 1, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the total registration fee. Final payment is due by December 1, 2025, after which all fees will be nonrefundable.

If you do have to cancel, your spot is fully transferable to another person.

Flint, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If Flint, Inc. cancels the trip, all funds paid will be refunded in full. All amounts are in US dollars.

RESPONSIBILITY

Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint act only as agents in securing hotel accommodations and will not be liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render said services. Hotel services provided are subject to all terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, or other damage arising out of or incident to the trip or otherwise. Furthermore, Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint are not responsible for inclement weather, political acts, or any “acts of God,” or the shortening of a trip due to these occurrences. No refunds will be made for changes beyond the control of Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint.
