Registration fee must be paid in full by September 1, 2026. All amounts are in US dollars.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 30 days of registration: 15% penalty. Cancellations 30+ days after registration and on or before September 1, 2026: 50% refund. After September 1, 2026: no refund. Your spot is fully transferable to another couple. If Flint, Inc. cancels, all funds will be refunded in full.
Responsibility
Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint act only as agents in securing hotel accommodations and will not be liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render said services. Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, or other damage arising out of or incident to the event. Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint are not responsible for inclement weather, political acts, acts of God, or for the shortening of the event due to such occurrences. No refunds will be made for changes beyond the control of Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint.
