A choice spoken with words but contradicted with behavior is a lie. 

Here’s my philosophy in a simple statement: if what you say you want for your life is contradicted by what you do, then you’re lying to yourself and all whom you have said it to! Now, is that statement truth? Don’t ever forget the essence of truth is not in what you say - it’s in what you do. Behavior never lies!
