When you stop fighting with yourself, you will no longer be exhausted with your life.
We all fight with ourself. In fact, a lot of the personal damage that is done to you is done as a result of you fighting with yourself. You can be nasty to yourself and create emotional damage. Rather than fight with yourself, why not admit what you have done, take a deep breath, figure out why you did it, learn the lesson from your action, and move forward? I don't know about you, but that sounds like a lot less harmful to me!
