Do you use sleep to rest or to avoid what you don’t want to face?

Here’s what I’ve learned: avoiding anything takes more energy from you than facing it. There are a lot of people who are tired from their avoidance behavior and use sleep to escape. I think we call that depression. Taking a pill won’t resolve anything; face it, and watch the difference in your sleep patterns.

Remember, being honest with yourself is where personal improvement starts.
