When you don’t feed your imagination on a regular basis, you increase your emotional presence. That will create conflict. 

How many days are you at war with yourself? You battle because you don’t trust yourself enough to let your imagination go free. Put chains on your imagination and you become a prisoner in your own life. Think about it. Not a fun thought!
