Creating a Healthy Environment

The greatest challenge in business is not the product; that’s the simple part. The greatest challenge is people. When I work with a business, I always ask, “What is your #1 challenge?” 99% of the time I will hear “Communication.” When I hear that, I know I am dealing with a people issue. The lack of communication is always linked to the lack of a common agenda. All human lives collide at the point of agendas. Without a common agenda there will always be conflict. This is true in all areas of your life. My show, Creating a Healthy Environment, is going to focus on creating a common agenda where people share the environment in harmony. My guest, Rachel Torchia, is the CEO and Owner of Gateway Title Agency, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio.
