Guiding Thought: There are no difficult people, only different personalities for leadership to lead.
Most are better at handling issues than they are at dealing with people. When you handle the issue and avoid the person, the issue doesn't go away; it just keeps reappearing.
This program examines the personalities of 18 animals and compares them to the people leadership has to work with each day. The result is a leader who understands people and addresses the issues by dealing with the people.
Just some of the information covered includes:
- Learn the difference between a person and a personality.
- The five challenges faced by leadership when working with different personalities.
- The 9 characteristics of an effective zoo keeper.
- An examination of the personalities of 18 animals and their comparison to the people leadership must lead.
The program concludes with the 13 principles for becoming an effective zoo keeper.
Remember — there are no difficult personalities. There are only different personalities for leadership to learn and lead.
