How far can you go
in your success journey without self-discipline? Not very
far, you say? You're right. What you need to know is that
the stronger your personal discipline, the calmer your life
will be. Calmness leads to clarity. When things are clear,
you will be more confident in your direction and decisions.
[All too often, here's what happens]
Every time you start something but fail to finish it, you have placed an open
file in your mind. These open files create the majority of
the mental and emotional clutter and confusion that keep you tired and unorganized,
trapping you in a world of procrastination.
- What
is The Daily Mental Workout?
It's a daily workout
for your mind. It is a one-year program built around 12 monthly CD's. You receive one CD per month
rather than all 12 at once, because we have found that this
deepens your commitment to your personal growth. This is about
you being better.
Each CD contains
the topic for one month. It will work like this: You'll start
each month on the first Monday morning. You'll pop in the
CD on your way to work, listen to Richard for about 5-7
minutes, pop the CD out and go on about your business.
This gives you purposeful thoughts for you to relate to your
life and to guide your day. On the way home from work you'll
listen for 5-7 minutes again. The CD is programmed for
Monday through Friday only.
After the first
week, Richard suggests to lay the CD aside or give it
to someone you care about. The third week you repeat your
steps for week number one, listening to the CD Monday
through Friday. Although you've heard the CD once, you
will hear different messages the second time. Then, on the
last week of the month your next CD for the next month
will arrive in the mail.

Richard has designed
this to give you a pattern of discipline. You will understand
how to stop unhealthy behaviors like procrastination and second-guessing
yourself. You will be able to complete things you start and
eliminate those areas in your life that hold you hostage.
This program is designed to help you develop good habits and
positive thought patterns. It's the most life-changing 10-15
minutes per day that you will ever spend!
