Deliverability: The single largest factor affecting deliverability of email is the SPAM filters used by the leading internet service providers. SPAM is essentially unsolicited, unwanted, bulk email. The Morning Minute is not SPAM and does not employ SPAM practices. Every step is taken to ensure The Morning Minute is sent to email recipients who want to receive The Morning Minute. This being said, there is still a chance that The Morning Minute will be incorrectly filtered or reported by users as SPAM. Each internet service providers has their own policy and approach to managing SPAM. Some will automatically filter the email and users simply will never receive it. Other have "junk" or "bulk" folders where users can check to see if their missing email was incorrectly routed. If you fail to receive The Morning Minute, there is a chance it was filtered or blocked. The best step the subscriber can take to prevent this from happening is to add our address, RichardFlint@TheMorningMinute.com to their email address books. If subscribers fail to receive The Morning Minute, they should make sure we are in their address book, check their bulk or junk mail folder if their service provider uses this tool, or contact us by email so that we may help resolve the deliverability problem based on their individual internet service provider. If you have any questions, please email RichardFlint@TheMorningMinute.com. |
